At Mountain Manna we use only fresh blossoms and tender, juicy fruits from edible wild plants and flowers to make our homemade jellies. You will love these rare, exotic flavors that come from the forest, and you won't find these for sale at the corner grocer either.

The beautiful Kudzu blossoms give this jelly its vibrant, purple color and rich, robust flavor. Folks say it tastes a lot like Mayhaw Jelly.

Kudzu is a coarse, perennial wild plant originally from Japan, which now grows prolifically throughout the Southeastern portion of the United States. Locals call it "the plant that ate the South."  

Honeysuckle

The fragrant, white and yellow blossoms of the honeysuckle vine blossoms give this jelly its amber color and mild honey-like flavor.

Honeysuckle is a semi-evergreen, woody vine that grows along fence lines and hedge rows and at the forest edge.

Wild mountain roses are climbers, reaching over 15 feet in height, with clusters of small, fragrant flowers.

Aaaah.... The gift of spring. No wonder the bees love this flower! The dark yellow flower clusters give this jelly its deep amber color. And the flavor......just like honey!

Dandelions are found just about everywhere....in yards, fields, and even in the cracks of sidewalks.

Fox Grape Jelly
